It's a beautiful route, but the train that comes with it NEEDS A LOT of improvements. Sound, textures, all that good stuff. The simulated safety systems are very great, however, it's vital that the train gets major improvements.

I have followed the instructions exactly as stated in the manual to start the 101 then shut down the brake, removed reverser, set MU to ZWS and parking brake off. When I get to the control car everything starts up but when I come to doing the pantograph down test it does nothing. If I get one from AI that is already running the brakes will not release, I pressed the brake release switch and held brake overcharge with the handle in release and nothing happens, it just keeps leaking from the engine room. I tried isolating the Sifa but it makes no difference.

Excellent tutorial, the best so far, and in plain English. Love it, but the loco is far too complicated for me, and also, not cheap for a single locomotive. The graphics are also outstanding. Thank you for this video.

the tutorial keeps getting stuck for me at the part on the cab where i'm supposed to lower/raise pantograph and then close the MCB. The pantograph doesn't seem to respond, nor does using MCB off continue the tutorial =/

How do you change the loco to trailing? It says absolutely nothing about it in the manual.

Door noise is completely off the sound nothing like that in real life dovetail sounds are perfect if you ask me 380s are my local train so I’m a bit critical when it comes down to it

If they had something like this but a uk version maybe the 91/dvt id defo invest in it

Just started watching the video but looks like a train that will be a lot of fun to drive! I do like the added complexity, and having to learn more than just the usual essentials of putting the reverser and setting up the train. Haven't looked at German content in TSW but I think I will now!!

After running updates for this DLC it is the same thing, after two or three stops only the front coach doors are working. Why is it still doing this?

I cannot even remotely justify a £37 price tag. People say DTG are bad, but come on, they've never been this atrocious.

I can't believe I never knew about this route until now (July 2024). I've never been to the W&C in real life, but I like it because of its unusual nature and history.

The awful building in the middle of Eastleigh station was where the Motive Power Dept was with rosters lockers and messrooms. In there was the Shedmaster, Clerks, timekeepers and in the middle was the guards messroom and at the end was the Drivers and Secondmens messroom. It was an interesting place to work with turns to Banbury, Ripple Lane and all over the country. At night, Westbury men would come over with a peak and was not usual to see a Western either. Happy days.

No diesel fumes or smoke again 😢why not. 😮

the pis display has a few faults, it always displays 'This is (your final terminus) this train terminates here' even if you arent there yet.

Wrong destination set up. You had St Erth on the front when heading to St Ives and St Ives on the front heading back to St Erth.
